Enea Operator to receive over PLN 123 million
Enea Operator will receive more than PLN 123 million in funding from the Modernisation Fund to implement two strategic infrastructure projects with a total value exceeding PLN 205 million. The investments will include modernisation of the power grid in north-western Poland – including the construction of new substations and high-voltage lines. These projects are of key importance for the development of e-mobility, renewable energy sources, and ensuring energy security in major urban areas as well as along main transport routes.
“The investments supported by the Modernisation Fund address specific energy challenges, both local and system-wide. Our goal is not only to increase connection capacity and improve grid reliability, but also to create modern infrastructure ready for the dynamic development of e-mobility and renewable energy sources,” emphasises Bogumiła Strzelecka, Vice-President for Network Infrastructure at Enea Operator. “The projects we are implementing are investments in the energy security of the regions, but also tangible support for the energy transition.”
