Apator wins Energa-Operator tender for remote reading meters

Apator has been selected as the supplier of remote reading meters for Energa-Operator in a tender worth PLN 127 million. The signing of the contract is subject to the completion of the appeal procedure. On Thursday morning, the company’s share price rose by 1% to PLN 22, reaching its highest level in four years.

Apator announced that its offer was deemed the most advantageous in Lot 1 of the tender issued by Energa-Operator for the successive supply of remote reading meters with backup communication modems.

The total value of Apator’s offer is PLN 127 million, of which the base order amounts to PLN 123.5 million. Deliveries are to be completed within 36 months from the date of signing the contract.

The company notes that tender participants may appeal the results of the procedure in accordance with Energa-Operator’s regulations. The contract signing is planned after the completion of any potential appeal proceedings.
